The site is located to the north of Crayford Town Centre. Consent was obtained for the construction of 114 new apartments comprising a mix of studios, one and two bed apartments for sale and 47 affordable apartments comprising a mix of one, two, three and four bedrooms units for rent and shared ownership, of which some units on the ground floor will be designed to be adaptable for residents who are wheelchair users.

The new development reflects the local built form and was conceived as three separate blocks, all of a similar height and massing to the neighbouring buildings. Each of the blocks are two storeys with accommodation located in the roof space whilst the changing levels of the main entrance cores utilise the natural topography of the site.
