Located on the edge of Ruislip Village Conservation area, the scheme replaces the former Lyon Court development. The new scheme faces onto Pembroke Road, located a short distance from Ruislip Station, and is designed as a collection of three apartment buildings organised in an L shape around carefully designed landscaped areas. The apartment buildings and new single four bedroom house are designed in an architectural style characteristic of the local area with a distinctive and varied roofscape comprising of a mixture of pitched roofs, gables and hipped ends.

The elevations have contrasting red facing brickwork and white rendered walls to help create greater interest. Notably the brickwork is at ground floor being suitable for its location with rendered walls to the upper floors. The inner courtyard (south side) is accessed between two portal buildings on Pembroke Road. Inside this private communal space the atmosphere changes from the formality of the views on Pembroke Road to a more intimate and private scale.
