In collaboration with Assael Architecture Ltd, we worked on the detail design information for this project including the design and co-ordination of the prefabricated brick panels for the main elevations.

Assael Architecture obtained planning consent for the demolition of a former commercial building, located adjacent to the Catholic Church in Hugenot Place and the development of a four star hotel consisting of 122 suites, a Business Academy, restaurant, bar/lounge, gym and basement level parking.
